Withdrawal Policy
At Montessori Live, we recognize that every learner has unique needs and varying schedules, which is why we prioritize providing participants with ample time to engage with and complete their courses, ensuring a flexible and enriching educational experience that fits seamlessly into your life.
- Students will not receive a final grade and credit for a course until all requirements are completed.
- Montessori Live withholds all course and program completion certificates, diplomas, and transcripts until the tuition is paid in full.
- Students who do not complete practicum requirements by June 30th may qualify to be enrolled in the next practicum course for a reduced fee.

Refund Policy
This refund policy covers only courses offered by Montessori Live.
- If a student wishes to withdraw from a course, s/he must contact the Registrar.
- The Registrar’s Office will issue eligible credits or refunds within 30 days.
- The program application and registration fees are non-refundable.
- The last day to withdraw from an online course with a full refund is the 7th day after the course begins.
- The last day to withdraw with a 75% refund is the 14th day after the course begins.
- Montessori Live is organized on a pay-as-you-go basis, so participants pay only for the course they are currently enrolled in rather than the entire program at once.
- If a participant drops or withdraws from the program entirely, refunds will be disbursed only for prepaid coursework in which the participant has not yet been enrolled.
- A withdrawal, whether notified or unnotified, after two weeks will not be refunded.
- The program application and registration fees are non-refundable.

In the rare event of a course cancellation due to low enrollment, rest assured that you will receive a full refund or credit for future courses, allowing you to choose another class that suits your needs. Our commitment is to provide you with a seamless transition into a similar course, so you can continue your Montessori journey without any added stress. After all, your educational experience is our top priority, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
