This program helped me grow professionally by deepening my understanding of Montessori philosophy, observation, and the purpose of materials. It helped me understand my role as a Montessori educator and how to present lessons more effectively. One of the most valuable parts of the program was learning about observation and understanding how Montessori education supports the whole child.
Participating in this training program has deeply influenced both my teaching philosophy and methodology. In many ways, learning the philosophy and practices of Montessori education affirmed what I had always believed to be true about children and learning, but had not been able to fully implement in my previous experience in public education.
This face-to-face residency explores advanced lessons in math, language, cultural studies, and history. Participants interact with the materials, practicing lessons for older children, preparing lesson plans, demonstrations, and exams.
The face-to-face training enables adult learners to experience personal connections and hands-on practice without digital distractions. Instructors can gauge involvement through body language and facial expressions
Connected Learning. Material Mastery.
Our face-to-face residency fosters deep personal collaboration among adult learners and faculty while building authentic, hands-on connections with the Montessori materials.
Montessori guides thrive in a setting where the leadership understands how not to interrupt the morning work cycle.
